We have accommodation for all budgets with a choice of self-contained motels, studios, tourist flats, cabins, a bunk room catering for up to 8 people and a 2 bedroom apartment. We also offer a great choice of sites for caravan/campervans as well as powered and non-powered tent sites.
"The location is absolutely great, I did the bushwalks that started literally right next to our camping spot. They are really versatile and fun! The receptionists were super friendly and helpful, thanks a lot!! The facilities are a bit older but definetly clean. They just have some character 😊"

Our room was clean & warm & had all the facilities needed. Also liked how it had a nice bush walkway at the back of the camping ground & a games room for our children to keep them entertained in between hospital visits."

Leith Valley Holiday Park and Motels is located close to Dunedin’s George Street and is under 3km from all the shopping in the city centre and north Dunedin. We are also the closest holiday park to the Otago University, the Forsyth Barr Stadium, the Botanic Gardens and the main Dunedin hospital.
This is considered to be the village end of Dunedin with its low-rise boutique shops, pubs and restaurants. Our motel and holiday park can be used as a base to explore all of the popular cafés, restaurants, cinemas, the casino, conference centre, town hall complex and the main shopping centre.
All of Dunedin’s main sporting facilities, including the new covered stadium, the University Oval, the Caledonian Sports Ground, the Edgar Centre, Logan Park, Alexander McMillan Turf (hockey) and Moana Pool are all situated within a short driving distance. We are also close to Baldwin Street, considered to be the world’s steepest residential street.
